摘要: 背景与目的: 应用甲基化敏感性AP-PCR法探讨去甲二氢愈创木酸(NDGA)诱导人恶性胶质瘤细胞系SHG-44细胞分化过程中基因组甲基化状态改变。材料与方法:用甲基化敏感性AP-PCR方法检测SHG-44细胞基因组甲基化状态。结果:经NDGA处理后,胶质瘤细胞基因组甲基化水平增高。结论: 甲基化敏感性AP-PCR为基因组甲基化状态检测所优选。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To investigate the genomic methylation pattern in the differentiation of glioma cell induced by nordihydroguaiaretic acid(NDGA) with methylation-sensitive arbitrarily primed PCR(AP-PCR). MATERIAL AND METHODS:Methylation-sensitive AP-PCR was used to study the genomic methylation changes . RESULTS:The genomic methylation level in SHG-44 cells was increased induced by NDGA. CONCLUSION: Methylation-sensitive arbitrarily primed PCR displayed advantages of detecting genomic methylation pattern.
